We are providing 3D drawings design according to customer's requirements, and we use professional design and development software like UG, PRO-E, MAXCAM that would be completed three to five days. We independently own three data processing centers (CNC) and one set EDM machining. All above are fully automated processing mold that would be completed five to seven days. Our die quality control 2.5D measuring instruments for the accuracy of the tool, mold ***ection 0.001mm accuracy of the percentile, micrometer ***ection machining center alignment accuracy.
